Hi,
The tool keep giving me decoding failed after getting sucessfully the VIN from the car, we tried a diffrent make "peguot" still the same problem or can't read the modules.
The car:
citeron>berlingo3 2019
The dignostic tool:
maxisys pro with J2534

Send the log files with screen shots to tech support so they can fix the problem......

Could you tell me where to get the log files?
If you ment the history I couldn't have one since we couldn't enter the car from the
tool? Or you ment the history that didn't work from another make of car series? -

Look on the right top corner you will icon for feedback click that icon after doing full scan for your vehicle and tick all the missing options with adding your problem in the message box and send it......make sure your tool is connected to the internet.......
