AL519 software updated and screen now unreadable.

    I have updated the software on my AL519 and the screen is now unreadable. 
    Software was downloaded from  https://support.autel.com/support/solutions/folders/8000079080 and used Maxilink2 from the supplied CD.
    The screen on the unit is now completely unreadable, such that I cannot identify the reset on the unit
    Is there a way to factory reset?

    FIXED!
    Forced restart by holding left scroll button and then plugging in micro USB. Uploaded new files via MaxiLink2

     got the same problem now with my AL519..
    did u use a newer file instead?

    holding left button and plugging in usb brings me in program mode, when i redo the update the problem is still there..

     You have to update both files before you disconnect:

    Update Program using the .bin file

    Update DTC using the .aut file
