        Hi,
    I just received my MD808PRO and I cannot connect it to my OBDII car connector because it does not fit. I forced a lot but. Must I break the plastic connector ?
    Help !

     Carefully look at alignment of all the pins of the scanner cable or VCI dongle and make sure everything appears perfectly straight, especially if you might not be, Some times the vehicle connectors are at an angle you wouldn't expect

     With your help, I compared the Autel connector to another OBDII connector and I noticed that the spacing between the two raws was different so I pushed the two rows aside and I was finally able to connect the cable.
    And finally, the SRS error message has  been erased !!!
