I am trying to change the language of the scanner from english to spanish without success, it keeps telling me that "the language is not authorized. Please obtain authorization". Would you please clarify how to obtain this authorization to change to my native spanish language.

I bought this scanner because it says in the package that spanish was one of the available options for language.
