     How can we flash Cherolet ecu/pcm without using ACdelco website. I have my maxiflash and wonder if we can just have a software to install in a computer and do my programming.

     You can't , but back in 2013 when the MaxiSys Pro was first introduced it did offer GM programming off Autel server for the first year but that feature was removed due to legal issues with GM.
