I can't use anymore my tool, so how can I reset my device interface password? I followed the instructions as getting a code sent to my email about how to reset it but it doesn't work, it always says

      It always says: "UPLOAD TIMEOUT"

    anybody can help me out me this, before this device ends up in the garbage!!!
