I have a Maxisys elite and can not connect to HVAC  / climate control controller. I tried on two P38 rovers, will not connect. I can connect to all other supported modules.  Vehicle coverage list says it is supported. How can I make this work?

Specifically working on a 2002 Range Rover USA market
