"VIN decoding failed" for a 2010 D3 Audi A8L

     I was able to connect with the MaxiCom MK 808 and the VIN was read automatically.
    After pressing "yes" the message that "VIN decoding failed" comes up.
    I tried entering everything manually....multiple times....charged battery to 100% but no luck.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.

     Send the log files attached with all the vehicle info with screenshot to tech support let them a look.............
