You need to call the dealer and give them the VIN. Some dealers will give you the PIN
number and some will not. If they will not give it to you,try another dealer.
There is a program for your android phone that pulls the PIN number through the data
link but you need the Elm 327 blue tooth converter to plug into the data link connector.
The IM608 pulls the PIN for you. There is a company that sells PIN numbers but you
must register and fill out paperwork and references.
