getting to home screen on ML 629 when connect to computer

     When I connect my Maxilink ML629 to my computer it will not take me to the home screen it only shows a picture of the unit with a micro SD card a red arrow and a green arrow. How do I get it to the home screen

      I have the same picture and i think the card is dead , when i try to read the card with an other support windows ask me to format the micro SD card.............
