how can i determine is key fob is working or is there a problem with skeem on crossfire

     i have a 2004 crossfire that is not starting and after 3 attempts you have to unhook battery to get it to crank also is it possible to test key fob or skeem with mp808ts?the battery in key fob was dead and now was replaced also key fob doesn't open or lock doors we only have one key to try any suggestions like does this service tool check key sync etc?814 244 7038 is my phone number

     I'm not sure if the MP808TS has the same functions that a TS401has ,but a TS401 has a Tool kit that has RKE output that you can test and see if your Remote Keyless Entry buttons work or not.
