Maxi Ap200, would like to use android tablet. Is this possible?

     I can install the MaxiAP200 but won't allow install for Diag-USA or Diag-Asia. Android tablet running Android 9 Pie.

    I have installed it on an Samsung Tab and it's working fine but, it would not work on Huawei..
