    I sent log files with an issues more than 2 times but autel don't care and don't answer

    It's really bad support

    If I need help quickly I just call. I send log files if a function does not work right and I
    want to notify Autel and don't really care if they answer.

    They will lose customers ,its really bad support. I dont buy more

    They are already in the market mate............. They will lose any customers, all you need  to do is send them email explaining your problems with your tool S/number so, they can help you.............
