How can it remove the transport mode from my BMW X3 2011 (F25) by using Autel DS 808.

     I bought an Autel DS808 recently, after scanning and removing all the fault codes from my BMW X3 2011 (F25), then my car turns into transport mode, how can it fix it? Many thanks.
