How to connect UP400 to pc?

Trying to connect my UP400 to my pc but always error in connection. Check connections. Is there anything that I should do? Installed the driver but it doesn't work. Thanks -

Hi. I'm not updating my firmware. It's already updated. There is a program that you can download to use your up400 or xp400 to your PC. It comes with a drive software but in my case my programmer doesn't connect. -

Just leave it, you won't have too many good extra's and it's a pain to get things working, also wants to update your tool all so now and then which fails (at least in my case) which causes a risque of getting it bricked during the process.I know it's an option, but so far I only have had contact with people who advise to stay away from the PC software.
