maxi pro mp808 not decoding vin on VW crafter 2012

     Can anyone help with as to why my maxi pro mp808 will not decode the vin.
    Its driving me nuts, its new ive registered it and downloaded the VW downloads all 3 dont work?Any ideas? Thanks Andy
