My product is already registered at the previous Maxidas.com, and now I cannot access my account

     My product is already registered at the previous Maxidas.com, and now I cannot access my account. I tried creating a new account, but it will not allow me to transfer the registration.

    All I want to do is get the correct scan_arm.exe file!
