    What a shit support from Autel, put in a ticket with report off a missing model, 3 days later still no respons from Autel. Why do i pay for license and support if nobody is helping you ???

    There is no support from autel. Only if you have subscribed to the technical service in
    your country, through the autel seller for your country.

     if you pay £2000 for the same machine that is £380 on ebay you can then get UK support

     I am really disappointed with there service and device IM608. I have lots of trouble no support what to do lost £2750. They don't care. The device mess up BMW and Ford Focus I don't know what to do

     i have the mx808 and pay every year for support and updates to Autel, they ont even answer to the tickets you send them. better buy the Bosch products, they have a good support team
