hot key function use?

    I just purchased a mx808 how do I get the hot key function to work on Dodge Ram 2500? when I touch the hot key button it says not supported which I think means I need to download something into my reader. I purchased the scanner because it said it had hot key capability.

     If the tool shows Hot Function menu selection,realize it is a generic menu that appears for all makes and models and you  selected the picture of the key and remote, if it say's not supported , either you have no communication with the wireless module or the function isn't supported by Autel for that vehicle. Do an all module scan and see if you at least have communication and can view live data for WCM.
