    Tried to connect to programming to code inn headlights, vci was connected by USB and Ethernet but tool kept saying unable to connect to vehicle, I could diagnose the car fine. Any ideas

     Change your Ethernet cable and see if that helps........... I had same problem last week using the yellow cable from the Autel Kit I changed the cable and all worked fine..........
