Compression check #4 and replace sparkplug #4, swap #4 coil with another cylinder and see if misfire transfers to that cylinder , Test #4 fuel injector for injector pulse with a noid light, test injector resistance , and listen for mechanical function with mechanics stethoscope 

 I will add one more thing, being 207 check the timing chain as it's a common problem on them BMW engine in them...
