2011 Ford Edge Sport 3.7 will not stay running.

    I have 2 codes B10D7:31 from PATS and U0253:00-2E the problem is the engine starts but doe snotnstay running, I installed a new factory fuel pump.

    It has anti-theft and communication  codes that results in disabling of the fuel pump.Sucks when you don't search and diagnos and chance firing the Surecrak most common parts cannon and you lose. Are you sure you're not a Str@pOn Troll trying to make us Autel Users look more stupid than we normally are? Lol
     
    B10D7 FORD Meaning
    If a valid Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS) key is used and there are no concerns with PATS, the key is programmed into the BCM memory. The OBDII code sets when a PATS key is not successfully programmed into the BCM.


    U0253 FORD Description
    The Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) communicates with the scan tool through the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN). The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the APIM. The PCM sets the OBDII code when the APIM is not to factory specifications.
