2011 ford ranger immobilizer reprograming problem

     I'm using a MaxiIM608 pro and can't get the tool to communicate with the immo on the ford for total lost keys... can anyone assist?

     Have you tried from BCM>>>>Pats System....... or from Instrument>>>>Pats System..............?

    Yes... We tried both ways with no results. They give communication error.

     I didn't know a Ford Ranger is a European vehicle! Did you mean to post under  European Cars? Did you perform a full Pre scan to see if has codes for some preexisting communication issues that need to be addressed before you start suspecting a problem with the scantool capability?

     We cleared all codes... Its a south affician version. We assumed the immo on the truck was damaged, so we tested another 2011 ranger having the same communication error on every attempt.

     I've tried 2007...all the way to 2015.... Still not reading.... So I try an alternative option today. We remove the PCM and immo unit, completely replaced both... The vehicle now starts... Now injectors will need to be recode and other sensors calibrated.... And the now can't communicate with the PCM or immo... I invested in the maxii608 as the advertising was like the holly gral.... I'm so disappointed.... I do hope someone from autel tech can actually help....

     Santa Claus owns the right to the Holly Gral, Autel didn't pay for the Licensing rights , so Autel had to Optimise the software for ease of update renewal . :-))  Did you delete Ford and re down it load again in case software is  corrupt?

    Select Ford US and try Auto Scan or, Ford Australia ...........
