I have a Diaglink but I have an issue with downloading the free software to it.

I have managed to download the Maxi PC suit, create an Autel ID, and link my Diaglink device to my ID. I have selected what 'free get' software I wanted (Skoda). However, when I go to 'update' it - or install it on my Diaglnk - it doesn't download. I have attached an image that shows that after I select 'upload' it just says 'now downloading' with a lot of zeros. It doesn't actually do anything.

Does anyone have any ideas?
