Updated a usb drive instead of ML629 what to do now doesn't recognize my ML629 as a device

     When going to do updates I had a USB drive plugged into the computer  and didn't realize it put the updates on that drive. Now it doesn;t recognize my ML 629 as a device only the USB drive as my device. How can you correct this?
