I recently purchased an Autel ML629 scanner.  I ran a scan and got codes.  The codes were not in the active area but in an area called additional codes.  All the codes in this area had highlighted in red (not run).  Can someone tell me what this means.  I do not have a check engine light on.  The vehicle I scanned was a 2011 Chevrolet Colorado 4x4.

I just bought an ML629 and I have the same issue with the NOT RUN next to all these codes that pop up.  Did anyone ever answer your question?   If that means they have not run tests for all those codes then why did it not run them?  If that is not what it means then what does it mean?  Secondly how come this does not work on a 99 jeep grand Cherokee?  I thought it worked for all cars from 96-2013.  That is why I bought it....and it does not work on my jeep.  Still if someone will tell me what the NOT RUN means Id appreciate it....from the date of the post I don't think I will get an answer though.

Hi, the codes in red are codes that existed but are not active at this moment ,you must
erase them all and see if some of them returns, when one of them returns the cel light
will burn on the instrument panel.
