I plugged my new MK808 into the fiat for the first time and as soob ans the VCI is connected the dashboard behaves erratically and clicks, warning lights on and off, fuel guage up down and wont start. As soon as it is disconnected everything is fine. Do you think my unit needs replacing ?  Ive tried to email support on the online form but it wont accept my email address !!!!  Having a bad first day
