    Is your tool up to date with latest updates! What tool you have!.
    MaxiIM IM608: they Add the missing key info and IMMO info data for the models, including GRAND CHEROKEE [2018-2020], RENEGADE [2015-2017], WRANGLER [2018-2019], CHEROKEE) [2019-] and GRAND COMMANDER[ 2018-].

     Is the vehicle equipped with a Secure Gateway Module where you may have to use the Autel 12+8 cable (SGM Bypass cable) ? What Autel Scan tool are you using? Did you check function viewer to see if your platform lists the function?
