     I downloaded the software update for my AL519 and installed it on my scan tool and now when I try to use the tool it will not power on properly and reads "Error Authorazation Language Not Matching" has anyone else had this happen?  I am unable to get to the settings to try to install anything else.

     Re-download the software with the authorized language. Don't change the language without Autel authorization.

     I suffered the solution is simple with the device closed you pressed the left arrow while connecting it and it will enter the update mode then make watered to both files in the program
