al539b dose not have a registraion number in my system and says bad battery on new battery

     Hi 

    I have just purchased Autel al539b and have tried to register it but there's no password code to complete my registration. 

    I have also updated it to S/w v5.03 h/w v4.00 burn date 11/05/20 lib v 5.03 serial no 

    I have tried using the battery tester and it says bad battery on every battery including brand new ones. Can you help me please.

     I try register on web, but said incorrect serial number always, and don´t show password code
