     Hi, what is the program i need to download on my pc if i have an AUTEL IM608 with XP400? i want to unlock a bmw HITAG key that is used not new.

    There is a basic  Autel PC suite you can install to use a network printer. There also appears to be a PC based programmer for the XP400 that you can install onto your PC (NOTE do so at your own risk , maybe off a PC you never do any banking off of , LOL.
