How do I get past BIND serial number?

       Purchased MaxiAp AP200 today. Have been able to setup as far as BIND the dongle serial number. Flashes registered and then screen stays and does not go to home screen to purchase or run diagnostics. Not able to get anything on screen,
    No problem pairing dongle.
