Does Autel have a tool that can remarry

     I am a backyard mechanic used to working on older cars say 80's vintage and before. 
    I recently picked up a 2019 dodge Caravan that was in an accident.  It needs a restraint system controller and the TIPM module is faulty. 

    I believe the new controllers will need to be married to the PCM. 

    Does  Autel make a tool that supports this function, or is there a DIY way to do this?

    Chrysler is fiercely protective of their systems and I believe you would need to take this to a dealer to have it reprogrammed to the ECM.
