You need to be more specific about what tool you are using and what specific code in which module you are dealing with that you are unable to clear.Typically you need to start off with a tool that is within it's free update period and you need to have a high speed internet connection so you can connect to Autel Server to download some sort of in code just to be able to do a full system scan and see live data (other than just  doing generic OBD2 )
