I am an accident reconstructionist and have a question about the Autel Scan tool and possible capability. 

I have a vehicle event download that gives me RPM / Vehicle Speed/ Throttle % over 5 seconds. 

I am wanting to take that data and apply the acceleration/rpm/throttle % in an exemplar car to test it. meaning I want precise acceleration to match what the event data recorder logged in my crash. Is there a way to control the acceleration of a car with a scan tool type device? or even another method? 

The vehicle is a 2019 Mercedes S540 4 Matic.
