That`s a bullshit answer. It cannot read VIN automatically because the vehicle is not in the tools database. You have to go to manual and enter vin and then find the last year in database to read truck or car.  Example will be my truck. 2020 GMC Canyon. I have to select 2019 and then enter VIN manually for it to read truck info. This is bullshit. Database needs to keep up with new model years. Current subscription update will not help this issue as of 06_26_2021. I hope Autel is reading this. Paid way tool much for a tool that is now outdated and $124 subscription renewal does not had new model years.
