When opening the Autel app on iPhone, it's prompting for a firmware update and when selecting the "Update Firmware" button it displays the error "Bluetooth connection error" followed by instructions I don't seem to comprehend. 

Please help we can't use the device and we have a customer picking up there car shortly.
