I just bought a Ultra. There are 33 updates when I initially powered it up for the first time today.  

However, the update screen does not show any progress and has had spinning arrows with the words "preparing" the 1st update of 33 for quite some time now.

I'm not sure if I'm I doing something wrong..?   I was able to update the new VCMI to the latest and greatest software without issue, but not going as well with the intial updating of the Ultra tablet device itself.
