      Hi, Has anyone had any issues with their Maxisys Ultra and GM vehicles. Every GM vehicle I try to look at any live data it connects and then says that the connection has been lost, check cables, power etc. etc. This happens when using it Wifi or through the USB. It works fine for codes and the Topology reports. Seems like its only a bug with any live data and functional testing. Generic OBD It works just fine..

     I had the same problem with a similar post, the GM category didn't even show up until I ran the system updates, then everything worked fine!

     Make sure you have a reliable internet connection when trying this.

     Send the log files from your tool to Tech Support with some screenshots so they can fix the bug in next updates...........
