     trying to program a new key/remote on a 2010 megane the step making dealer key is always canceld. so i can program the original keys but the new key always fails. tried with and without flashlights on (the IM608 does not ask me to but with the same key on a twingo it says to put them on.) I am using a Silka key and have used the same type on other renaults.

    Your best help would be to send an log files with few screenshots to Autel Tech Support so, they can have a look what the issue is.....

    , I programmed keys on a 2014 Megane 3.2 with the Im608 and everything went well in less than five minutes the 2 cards were learned (oem and Chinese card)
