Hello, I have mk 908p tool. How to program a used Range Rover Sport ECU into another Range Rover vehicle?

     I’m working on a Range Rover Sport 2003 vehicle. The ECU was damaged by water as a result of rain. I have bought a used ECU and I want to program it into the vehicle but I could not. I need help.

    You need to read your old ECU eeprom and flash. And you need to read your New ECU
    eeprom and flash. Then we just clone your immo Into your New ECU.

     Thanks you so much for your reply. 
    The tool I have is mk 908p and it can’t read the eeprom of 2003 Range Rover Sport. Please pardon my ignorance, What are the files I should send to you
