I just replaced a RFH in a 2013 Ram. Where did he get the key? Did he try to add a key
or did he erase all stored keys and try to program a new key. The IM 608 can not
program the RFH . When you purchase a new RFH you simply run the RFH replaced
function. It requires no programming.
Run an immobilizer status scan and see if any keys are programmed to the truck.
Some of the older Rams, when changing the WIN module us MUST use new keys,
trying to program old keys to a new module will brick the module.
You could try reading the key with your IM608 with the key programmer and make sure
that you are trying to program the correct key. If you post the code I'll look it up for you.
