I have an error message that states that the wifi mac is not matched with DS708, please advise

     I have the MaxiDas DS708. It says that the wifi mac addres is not matched and will not allow diagnostics.
    The S/N is DS011Q003255. Please help.

     Me too say problem.  Updated scan tool, and now I get this error.  Over 24 hours and no response to email sent to support about problem either...

    You have a corrupt file. You need to format the sd card and reload. Make sure you do from a pc and not the scanner. Files bigger than 16meg only do 2 @ a time.
