Hi guys, I have bought a used Diaglink obd2 reader but it says already registered and I need it in my name to download vauxhall data. Could you please help

     Hi guys, I have just bought a used Diag link obd2 reader but it’s registered in the old keepers name and I need it in my name to down load vauxhall etc. can anybody help me re register it please
