I bought an Autel MS906BT on Amazon and had to send it in for warranty repair. First I had to pay for a year of updates for up to $699 from Autel which extends the warranty as well since I was out of warranty by a few months. Well they said I would have to pay $300 to receive a new scanner because they could not figure out how to fix mine. Was told since I got it off Amazon and not an official Autel dealer I am being charged this fee. After dealing with the warranty dept at Autel for three months, I had to pay to get a working scanner or they would send my broken scanner back to me. I will never buy another Autel product again. So don't believe their warranty language. It doe's not mention in their warranty anything about a charge if not bought from an official retailer. I just wanted one and found the best price and bought it. I didn't know anything about you having to buy from a certain seller to get the warranty as stated in the product manual.
