getting Authorization failure when i click on any vehicle manufacturer

     My Autel MS906BT started giving Authorization error messages 3 and 9. This happened yesterday out of the blue while i was trying to scan a car at the shop. I need to figure out how to fix this cause i use my scanner alot at work.  any help would be greatly Appreciated

     Contact autel directly. They don't monitor this community.
