Cannot read data (pin & cs code) of donor instrument cluster during Programming instrument cluster

Hi everyone,I am having problem in reading Pin & CS code of donor instrument cluster for VW golf mk6 2012.I have replaced & programmed successfully on 2008 vw golf mk5 . I was able to read pin and cs code easily.But on 2012 golf mk6 I can read pin & cs code of original instrument cluster but I am unable to read data on donor instrument cluster.Following error comes up every time I try to read pin & cs code of donor (new) cluster.“The service mode cannot be entered.confirm if the inserted key is a working key. “Please help how to read information & programm new cluster. Did you check vehicle coverage for this model of VW Golf? Some part of models
support on bench/ boot method of reading password -

Hi, where to check the coverage list. It says im508 covers immo 4.
I dont know how to use bench/boot Methods. -

Hi there
I have the same problem with a 2006 Audi A3 8P.
Trying to swap original instruments cluster with one from a donor car.
Unfortunatl i cant read the immo data from the original cluster nor the donor one.
I can reed the ECM immo data only with VIN,PIN,CS code and ECU software number.
In order to do the coding I need the instrument cluster IMMO data.
Please advise.
Any help will be appreciated.
