2018 RAM 2500 Diesel unable to add a Fobik key

    2018 RAM 2500 Unable to add Fobik Key. App requested a 4 digit PIN Code.MaxiIM 508 reader. App unable to retrieve pin during key learning or all key lost.Registered to AutoAuth.

    Anyone having this issue. I am waiting on tech support call.
    Appreciated if someone could share some thoughts.

     You have to obtain pin code from dealer they will need your vin# your name and address and email I know this because I work for a rental fleet they require this do to the breach in there system 4 years ago.

    Hi, this will cost you a amount of money ,because the official dodge dealer only can
    give you the pin number after receiving prove of ownership of this car , vin number and
    more they want to know,this all to prevent theft of the car by unauthorized persons.
