Volvo s90 2019 epb into service mode to replaced rear brake pads

    Hi there had a Volvo s90 2019 model in today was trying to replaced the rear brake pads but was unsuccessful in retractng the brake caliper pistons back I was getting a message saying vehicle not in usage mode ? Any body come across this and what does it mean thanks and I'm using the autel maxicom Mk808 thanks

     I am getting this same error message on a 2020 Volvo XC60.  Have not been able to figure out a fix

    Hey, I believe because you need to put car in service mode, twist and hold ignition switch for few seconds and driver display will light up like Xmas tree than you should be able to do retract parking brake.
