MaxiAP AP200 Phone App will not connect to server. "Server Connection Failed"

     How can I use the phone dependent AP200 device if I cannot use the phone app because it will not let me log in? Every time I try to log in it gives me a message that says: "server connection failed". It registered successfully though.
